Refunds

The short version

If the code does not work, you get your money back. Ask.

The longer version

Because you confirm a plain black-and-white version of your code before anything is generated, a wrong destination should be caught before you have spent anything but a moment. If it slips through anyway, that is on us: tell us and we will either regenerate against the corrected destination at no charge, or refund you.

If you simply do not like any of the results, we will refund you. Generations are not free for us, so we may ask what you were hoping for first — usually it is a style problem we can solve rather than a reason to end the conversation.

We will not refund a purchase where the files were downloaded and the code demonstrably works, on the grounds of taste alone, more than once.
